We do a better assessment than just an off-the-cuff opinion. There are cases in which looks are deceiving – little 1/4″ cracks can be a sign of major structural damage. Depending on our preliminary assessment, we may also bring a structural engineer and/or other specialty consultants to provide you with complete safety and repair assessments and recommendations.
